KELSEY LEIGH STAGING & DESIGN
STORY
After studying at Purdue University, Kelsey launched a thriving career in retail fashion management. Over the course of seven years, she oversaw buying, merchandising, and team leadership for a network of 13 women’s boutiques across Arizona and California. Her professional journey also included time at a Vanity Fair-owned retail location, where she gained valuable insight into the corporate operations behind major fashion brands.
Kelsey’s passion for design was sparked when she was asked to decorate a friend’s home in Scottsdale, Arizona — a project that would ultimately steer her career in a new direction. Inspired by her collaborative work with Restoration Hardware’s Interior Design and Design Atelier teams, she developed a strong affinity for minimal, curated spaces defined by muted palettes and clean architectural lines.
She went on to serve as the lead designer at one of Denver’s premier boutique staging companies, where she refined her aesthetic and deepened her knowledge of what makes homes sell. After three years in that role, Kelsey launched her own home staging business, driven by a desire to bring elevated, livable design to real estate.
Now based in Scottsdale with her Goldendoodle, Gus Gus, Kelsey balances her creative work with a love for travel, cooking, and going back home to visit her family's ranch in Montana.
