Every home staging project starts with an on-site consultation, where we conduct a thorough walkthrough to develop the best strategy and pricing tailored to your needs. Our process includes an objective assessment of your home’s aesthetics, along with personalized recommendations to enhance its appeal. After this evaluation, we’ll provide a complimentary estimate for any additional services. Plus, consultation fees are credited back if you choose to move forward with staging.

Home Edit Stage: 

​

The restyled stage is designed for homeowners looking to declutter and reorganize their spaces using only their existing furniture and accessories. Each project is considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a tailored approach that meets your specific needs.​

 

 

Partial Stage: ​

​

Our partial-stage package blends the homeowner’s existing furniture and accessories with select items from our inventory. The focus is on updating and reconfiguring spaces for a refreshed look.

Full Stage: 

 

A full stage is designed for single-family homes, where we create inviting spaces, install our inventory, and remove all contracted items afterward. This package includes the design of an elegant dining room, kitchen, living room, half bath, master bedroom, and master bathroom. 

 

 

Additional Services:

We also provide a range of additional services, from furnishing homes and rental properties to selecting color palettes and finalizing finishes. Our team can assist with removing unwanted furniture, coordinating handyman services for electrical work, painting, and remodeling, as well as landscaping and choosing new lighting. Additionally, we offer support with moving and packing. All services are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on subcontractor availability.
